They have got two absolute legends in Juan Manuel Leguizamon and Gonzo Tiesi. </BLOCKQUOTE>

I've never heard of them (or pretty much any other rugby player ).

But I know they are way better than Brazil.

Why isn't Uruguay in it?

Uruguay is pretty decent too (2nd best team in South America). </BLOCKQUOTE>

Lequizamon </BLOCKQUOTE>

Thanks!

Is there any well-known Brazilian player?

Not really, there may be some in the lower leagues of France (no foreign limits, lots of money) but none in the English Premiership afaik.

TBITW, first i have to praise you on making a worthwhile thread, a momentous occasion in your history.

And England to reach the semis with Hipkiss ripping it up in the centre then for them to crash and burn to either france or Ireland.

NZ to win and Argentina to be the main surprise package of the tournament.

Starting this before the squads have been announced ffs.

That's my hard work on the information for my thread out the window then.

See finneys, this is why i didnt want you to convince me to do it.

threads are always better when they're started by people who know what they're on about. never seen tbitw post in a rugby thread, but ah well.

not looking forward to the warm ups, it's only going to show how incompetant england are, just not strong enough this time around. we'll get out of the groups and then lose, i can't see us winning in the knock outs at all unless we actually show some serious ability over the next few weeks. i want new zealand to win for the rugby they play, but their loss to australia in the tri-nations has, i think, shown everyone else what their weaknesses are, and that might cost them against france or south africa, who for me are the two times most likely to win it, with the main shock being that argentina knock out ireland (mon argies)

Carter was going to start a proper thread once the squads were announced, feck off TBITW

Ireland to lose to France, knocked out by NZ. NZ to win the whole thing. England to do crap.

How's that going to happen if France and Ireland do well?

Actually Carter should start a proper thread when the squads are announced, and this abortion can be closed.

Hah, brilliant. Wales are 80-1 according to the oddchecker.com website. I think they should go up 20 points or so with the news that Henson is out and the possibility that Stephen Jones might not be fit enough. Peel-Hook at halfback ftw.
