The last 2 nights I have taken the duvet off the bed and tried running from the room with it whilst asleep. The first time I ended up in my lounge then I woke up holding and the light was on. I turned it off and went back to bed. During this time my gf had noticed but did nothing. The second time I did it she woke up and found me at the bottom of the bed with the duvet in my hand about to leave the room. She yanked it off me and told me to get back in bed.

Does anyone have any idea why this may be happening? Has anything similar happened to you ?

i dreamt last week that liverpool would score 2 goals from 2 penalties on Saturday v Everton. It was Gerrard in my dream, but still, bit freaky.

gf thinks it is because subconciously I want to leave her. Couldn't be further from the truth conciously anyway.
