Just to make you guys aware, Apple will fully repair your faults so long as you are in warranty. Perhaps you are ringing the wrong people. As for my laptop, i got it connected to the interet eventually (stupid password) ....

And, before you lambaste my computer @ AJ ... its the (not yet released) Mac OSX Leapord. (realeased in 3 days for the rest of England).

It is by far, the most powerful 'off the shelf' computer availiable.

I've had numerous problems with my MacBook and Apple's service hasn't been that great. Build quality of the things is generally very poor it would seem.

Brilliant marketing for a certain niche market, absolutely. Not saying there's much wrong with the Mac/OSX (I'd advise any of our customers to get a Mini for a headless server - OSX hardly ever needs rebooting, so it's install, launch, copy database and basically forget about it) but the prizes are :eek:

their warranty is filled with out clauses that allow them to make consumers culpable for paying the costs of repairs.

I am very disappointed by their service.
