Hate that lineup. Gerrard will be able to have a good game if he does his usual oof popping up anywhere and everywhere - which is the #1 reason why I like him on the right - because it's in name only.

If he sticks out wide then we have no chance.

No Torres, Agger, Alonso makes for a fairly average Liverpool side.

Oh God, I hate these games.

Well I wouldn't really class Benayoun as a central midfielder, he's been a wide player for us exclusively so far - and Gerrard's played out wide a lot.

As I said, if Gerrard just has a license to roam and get involved wherever when attacking (like he naturally does), then I like him being out wide. But if he's being the Gerrard of the last few weeks, where he hardly looks bothered, then we'll have just about nothing going forward.

Oh I dunno, 99% of our chances this game depends on if our players are mentally up for it, and I can't predict that.

That is a rather **** lineup.

Baines on for Stubbs at half time no doubt.

pretty **** lineup from us but at least rafa's noticed gerrard and momo are **** in centre mid together.

i think masch got back late last night and so hasn't trained. plus gerrard will probably worry too much about chipping a fingernail to play well. oh and our three best players are injured.

getting the excuses in early tbh. have everton scored yet?
