Actually I'm trying to understand what you're saying...are you claiming that the Global Carbon Project are blaming the Chinese for the rise in atmospheric carbon, because they're funded by the US/UK?

The US is still by far the largest contributor of carbon to the atmosphere, but China's got the massive growth of industry so it seems a reasonable claim that they're responsible for most of the rise in carbon emissions.
