Aren't they arguing that a game is different because it's you actually controlling the depravity. Particularly with the wii as you have to do gestures to carry out the kills.

But surely on that basis all light gun games should be banned as they could be considered dangerous as they encourage and train people in the art of firing guns?

surely the action can be imitated with the wire between the nunchuk & wiimote, obviously not actually played it so not seen what kind of gesture is needed but a strangling gesture could be quite easily in there.
