oh and the difference betyween Paul Allen and Abramovich according to the list? 0.7 Billion. Hardly a massive amount when you're talking those kinds of figures.
As for the weakness of the dollar. It's changed from around 1.83 Dollars to the pound to 1.99 Dollars to the pound over the last year, If things changed back the other way it could easily swing it back in Allen's favour.
