yeah i have never experienced such problems as that you see on airport, and i dunno how anyone could blame them for problems like being late. passport expired etc.

btw, if they cancel a flight they have to book you on another one, or refund you whichever is more convenient to you

I've never had any problems.
Except the headrests on ryanair are non-existant, which fundamentally makes it uncomfortable, also the colour scheme could easily give you a headache. Easyjet has no such problems.

| If the flight change is less than 6 hours then no refund has to be offered irrc.
If the time is over 6 hours then you can claim a refund instead. Although don't expect a refund very quickly.
