Ive used them a few times and had no problems. The majority of problems you see with them on TV programs like Airport or whatever, are from idiots who forget their passport or check in late, and expect them to sort it

yeah i have never experienced such problems as that you see on airport, and i dunno how anyone could blame them for problems like being late. passport expired etc.

btw, if they cancel a flight they have to book you on another one, or refund you whichever is more convenient to you

I've never had any problems.

Except the headrests on ryanair are non-existant, which fundamentally makes it uncomfortable, also the colour scheme could easily give you a headache. Easyjet has no such problems.

If the flight change is less than 6 hours then no refund has to be offered irrc.
If the time is over 6 hours then you can claim a refund instead. Although don't expect a refund very quickly.
