A big no-no for me if it was a serious girlfriend, like Pickles I think ex's are ex's for a reason. However, quite a few girls I've dabbled with know one another/are friends/etc... and that's been fine. If a new girl joins the group they'll make her feel welcome I suppose, but that's probably due more to the gender split my group of friends usually encounters on nights out, etc....
