Can't see it'd be a problem, initial emotion would be surprise, because you'd imagine it wouldn't be very nice for either of them. I suppose that would depend on how much the ex has moved on, and whether or not the current one is insecure. Surprise not really an emotion.

Never really had a break up on good terms so wouldn't be too chuffed, that said theoretically if i did still get on with an ex don't think i'd mind it.
