Kind of a spinoff from the wind-up thread. Was just wondering which threads that have been on OTF over the years, have struck a chord with you and made you think - either in a negative or positive way ?

For me, some discussions stick out more than most. I remember one to do with Auchwitz(sp?)/The Holocaust which involed KennyEire fighting pretty much a lone fight in suggesting there was doubt that it actually happened. Things became quite emotive at that time, from what I remember.

I also tend to remember threads on people's personal experience, more often when something has happened and they've sought support or just been looking for a sounding-board. Such threads for me can show that a place such as this can be excellent at times. :thup:
