Default Slight Medical problem: should i go to the doctor?

ok, so this is a problem i noticed about a year and a half ago or so, prob more if i'm being truthful, but last few months it seems to have gotten worse.

basically, all that time ago, i noticed that a lump was growing on my scrotum, i just kinda blanked it out, but now last while 2 more have surfaced, and a third seems to be starting.

now i have been doing some research on it, and it seems to point to genital warts/ulcer, now i always pictured folk who had that as dirty folk who just never washed and shagged around etc, as its a STD of some sort aint it?

but they dont feel like warts, more like a large pimple kinda feeling to it.

i dont have any discomfort or that with it, and they dont hurt when i put pressure on them.

so i'm just wondering if anyone here has had any experience of this sort in the past?

i was reading and some websites are saying you would need to get a test for STD's on top of that, the oul thing up the japs eye doesnt sound too nice a prospect, i think this was one of the reasons why i kinda blaned it off, but the time has come for me to face it and see what is the story with it.

anyone have any advice, i am gonna prob visit the doc someday next week, but just good to get other peoples point of view of it perhaps?
