Webb's usually pretty good, although he made an awful decision in sending a Fenerbahce player off on Tuesday.

Howard Webb. By a long, long way. Martin Atkinson probably second.
Bennett just a fusspot, far too willing to throw around the cards, yet horribly inconsistent in doing so.
Clattenburg always weak willed. Lets the game flow because he lacks the balls to make the big calls more than anything.
Wiley generally just inept, and Riley just woefully inconsistent.
