Keith Hackett is the head of the referee's, not Poll. </BLOCKQUOTE>

Oh...what is Poll then? </BLOCKQUOTE>

I'm too polite to answer that.

He has no official capacity that i'm aware of, i think he's just doing media stuff.

Bennett is a joke. you'd think someone that ugly would shirk attention but au contraire.

I think Styles is a showman. He likes the attention and it affects the game way too often.

Uriah Rennie, because he's 100kg and can kick box. And other reasons as well to do with actual refereeing, but he can easily beat up any people who argue with him.

Clattenberg was one of the best until this weekend's game - I don't know if it all just got to him but his reputation took a serious hit.

As for saying Bennett is one of the best - I'd have to totally and utterly disagree. He's just terrible, books players without a second thought, often misjudges situations and generally likes too much to be the centre of attention.

Atkinson and Webb are a couple of the better ones, but really as cliche as it is, everyone is capable of making a mistake which may end up defining their career.

Styles reminds me of the geordie ref I can't remember his name but everything in the game was designed for him to get the headlines.

I would have definitely said Clatts b/f this weekend. But that call (among others) was nearly impossible to miss and he either missed it or had a bad gut check. Either way, awful.
