The NFL are said to making a loss over their match on Sunday at Wembley (live on the Beeb too), while the RFL made as stinking loss on Millennium Magic last season. They are talking about it in terms of legacy though and raising profile for their games. In that respect, do the Premiership/FA really need to do that? </BLOCKQUOTE>
Well it depends on demand of course. To be honest i've heard next to nothing about the NFL match here and no-one I knows is fussed either - So i'm not sure if it's capturing the attention of those who don't care about the NFL already.
Whether that would be the case if a PL match was hosted in the US I don't know - so maybe it would be more successful.
