Am I the only person who thinks David Pleat talks absolute rubbish as a pundit?

I accept he has a good working background in top flight football, but some of the stuff he come out with when commentating on Champions League and UEFA cup games is just laughable.

Am I alone here????

I don't mind him for the comedy value, certainly preferable to Motson who just makes me angry. Or Alan Green for the same reasons.

hoddle claims that pleat stopped him signing eto'o and morientes for spurs. what a fantastic guy.

he can't ****in talk, gets every single players name wrong and is an actual curb crawler.
