Father Ted on Channel 4 +1
Need some insight here:
Is there any way to improve the following. I find myself falling asleep at the drop of a hat lately - been getting a lot of normal sleep - but find myself flaking out at any opportunity, basically I'm permanently tired.
Came back today about 6pm - was sat down watching tv - and promptly dozed off - next thing I know it's 10:30pm and I've missed a night out in town.

Good evening Sirs.
A good night, spent in the MI, having a few pints with a couple I used to work with
Now a little bit of clicking on FM (It's Post-Season), and then bed at 1ish.
Free hours' kip \o/

trying to find if there are any other decent comedians playing in Cardiff or Newport over the next month.
Already have tickets to see Stewart Lee, Mark Thomas & Bill Bailey all before the end of November.

| Try a GI diet, sounds like you are eating too many foods which burn blood sugar levels up too quick and thus you get tired too early. Could be old age though |

GI diet?
What is GI (can't for the life of me think of what it is - still pretty much out of it)
Strange thing is - I woke up to find that my new camera battery is on charge (the charger was in the box seperate from the lead - so I've plugged that in) and I've left a couple of messages on Facebook
I can't remember doing either of those things
