Man who urinated on woman jailed

A man who urinated on a woman as she lay dying and shouted "this is YouTube material" has been sentenced to three years in prison.
Anthony Anderson also covered Christine Lakinski with shaving foam after she collapsed in a Hartlepool street.

The 50-year-old, who suffered from a number of medical conditions, was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Andrews, 27, and from Raby Road in the Teesside town, had earlier admitted outraging public decency.

------

Without getting into the issue of the length of sentence compared to other crimes, you've got to give it to the bloke for doing something so incredibly antisocial. I’m sure his ‘I didn’t know she was dying’ defence didn’t get him much sympathy.

Didn't we already discuss this when the incident happened (or when the court case started) - recently anyway?

Three years seems a bit excessive.

I assume urinating on someone without their express permission was enough to convict? The fact she was dying wasn’t really relevant?

Not OK, but possibly not worth 3 years in jail.
