if we have the quote surely someone saw him doing it? and why didn't they do something? he must have been there a while to cover her in shaving foam and where did he get the shaving foam from? lots of clarifications needed I think.

Perhaps it was taken into account, but I don't think it should have been. it's not as though he knew she was on her way out.
