To be honest Spurs are a lot bigger club than Newcastle so that will not happen. Jol had to go in the end, after the Newcastle game you could tell he lost the dressing room.

so just got back and it was one of the surrealists nights i've ever experienced at WHL. First off the KO was delayed because there were monster traffic issues and the ground was empty and the place just felt so flat.

Basically we were hearing mumblings before kickoff that he was gone and then suddenly by half time everybody knew, someone text me at half time telling me the news, I don't know what happened but it spread around the ground really quickly, so halfway through the second half everybody knew that he was being sacked, not sure if the players knew. You could tell Jol was leaving because you always seem him right on the touchline but you couldn't see him from where I was sitting.

Also not sure if the TV picked this up but they were chanting for him all through the 2nd half, going through the whole songbook. Really nice because we all feel sorryh for him because the board have treated him pretty poorly. I thought they missed their chance to sack him, but obviously not.
