Was a good game to watch, even for a non-neutral.Liverpool just really well organised, midfield giving little space and forcing us to play around them. Defence equally solid until the very end. In my view the problem Liverpool have is that going forward they have real problems keeping possession, there's a lot of long balls and misplaced passes leading to little danger.

Vorinin and Kuyt just two midfielders playing out of position, unwilling to shoot and not going to be regular goalscorers over an entire season. Crouch came on and was very dangerous, working Almunia and causing further unrest at set pieces.

Arsenal's midfield just wasn't up to much today. Rosicky and Eboue just looked a little lost first half, and it didn't improve. Cesc muted by Masch, and only Flamini managing to calm things down and start a passing move. We defended fine, but weren't really troubled all that much, only really long range efforts and set pieces until Gallas's block at the end.

Ade was poor, he was looking to be more of a catalyst of moves instead of just disrupting the defence and letting others make things happen.

I'm expecting an identical formation against Utd, hopefully we can look at today's game and work out some of the problems. Getting the wide players passing to Arsenal players would be a big improvement.

Happy with the draw, would have won if Cesc and Nicklas didnt think scoring open goals were TOO easy. What a miss.
Would of won if you scored more goals?

As relatively calm as i was today, i did fear something smug in my direction if you won.

Although Spurs had already taken some edge off by that point.

I think we got out of jail a bit. Everytime one our back four gets it they hoof it up the pitch and that just played into Arsenal's hands. Only for poor finishing and final ball from Arsenal kept us in the lead for so long.

On a side note, George Graham looks like he's gradually metamorphosing into Private Fraser from Dads army, the voice only adds to the effect.

Graham annoyed me again today. It's not the fact he calls Hleb "Kleb", it's the fact he feels he has to raise his voice a bit when he says it, perhaps to emphasise to the entire world that this is how he understands the name is pronounced and we should all pay attention and follow suit.

Think I should point out, as an Arsenal fan, Crouch was more dangerous than Voronin and Kuyt put together.

If he's going to continue to get bafflingly overlooked then he simply has to move in Jan.
Feel free to take him. Apart from his poor attitude Torres does anything he can but better. </BLOCKQUOTE>

Then play 2 stikers. </BLOCKQUOTE>

Still Kuyt and Torres, Crouch better than Voronin in fairness, but not good enough to shout his mouth off about not getting starts. </BLOCKQUOTE>

J4m1e wrong no matter how many times he says it. Crouch miles better than Kuyt or Voronin. He's gone in Jan though, zero chance he's staying.

With regards to the match, I think a draw was just about the fairest result. Great match.
