Looks like it will be the "Big 4" at the top again?
Manchester city have been going well this year but after getting hammered by Chelsea 6-0, its unlikely that they will be in the champions Leagues spots come May.
Personally i think that we will see the big 4 as the top4 for at least a few more seasons, despite big spending and big backers suces as Tottenham, Newcastle, Aston Villa and Everton.
Is this a concern for English Football, or is this how it was always going to pan out with what has happened to football in the last 15 years.

Spurs were one heartless Gooner poisoning away from breaking it.
and regardless of all the jokes (and lets face it they have become a bit of a joke again) ... I do think Spurs had/have the most potential in terms of the players currently there and the club in general, to threaten.
Unfortunately with the shambles it is at the moment, its not unlikely that a couple of their top players feck off and they go back to square 1 - again.
