Time goes faster when you are older because more of life is less new and exciting as it was when you are young and taking in new experiences.

All the more reason for it to go slowly and drag, no?

personally, I think you enjoy and appreciate it more when you are older, therefore it does go quicker. and also you spend most of your time working, most of which can become forgettable

Two people are believed to have suffered light injuries after a broke out at Tolka Park this afternoon during the FAI cup final between Shamrock Rovers and Derry City.

The fire occurred midway through the first half of the game in front of a section of Shamrock Rovers fans.

A number of fans were taken away to be treated for smoke inhalation, but no severe injuries were reported.

Officials and security staff rushed to the stand that had caught fire and the game resumed play shortly afterwards.

5 years ago I was just finishing my penultimate year of high school and getting excited about all the free periods the next year, where I could laze about in the common room.

10 years ago I was finishing grade 6, still celebrating the Adelaide Crows first premiership and was excited about going to the Philippines again the following year.

Where did you go to in The Philippines?

I ask as nothing more than a curious native.

I wish I could turn back time.

My life has turned to "difficult" time.

11 years ago, I fought with my friend. He's one of my best friend now.

10 years ago, I knew Juventus for the first time. Peruzzi, Montero, Ferrara, Birindelli, Pessotto, Zidane, Deschamps, Del Piero, Inzaghi et.al.

9 years ago, I followed a science competition for the first time.

8 years ago, I won a competition before I left my elementary school.

7 years ago, it was a scandalous class. Your rank was decided by how much money you could give to your teacher.

6 years ago, I was a substitute, but I couldn't turn the situation.

5 years ago, I and my friends created a group. We helped each other.

4 years ago, I won the first round of an Olympic. I couldn't stand jet lag unfortunately.

3 years ago, my class was the best class in my life. Best friends. All of my friends were the best in my life.

2 years ago, my paper was finished. And I was asked to move to here.

1 year ago, I finished my Dutch class.

Now, I'm facing difficult time. Dutch people are more individualistic. Sorry for my Dutch comrades here. But I truly feel that.

5 years ago I was an unemployed 18 year old...actually, no. 5 years ago I was starting my first job working for Companies House in Cardiff, I was fat, depressed and generally a little bit emo.

10 years ago I would've been in High School, year 8 I think. Can't remember much going on in my life then so just...school.

10 years ago I was at uni, getting drunk every night and being irresponsible.

Now I'm at work, but still getting drunk every night and being irresponsible. Only difference is that now I have more money to do it with.

5 years ago I had just moved into my first flat with my girlfriend. We've since moved into a nice 3 bed semi and are still together and going strong.

As for time going quickly, I don't think it has for me. For the most part, things that happened 10 years ago do feel like they were 10 years ago.
