Im looking into buying a bit of land. I know the owner of some local fields and i am wanting to get one sooner rather than later, my uncle is helping by putting up cash. How old should i be? If you owned the land how old would you want someone to be to buy it from you, as i know not many people want to sell to anyone under 25 as they dont believe they have the financal backing. How old were use when use bought your first property/bit of land?
