Hey guys - Figo maybe in the running for most expensive? Ronaldo?

Anyway not really deserving of their own thread but couple of questions that someone might be able to answer:

1 - Ear plugs - can anyone reccomend a pair - just for blocking out noise etc when I'm trying to read.

2 - Headphones - currently have the default Ipod ones - fine, but when I'm at the gym they're constantly falling out so need a pair which are a bit more secure/but don't look ridiculous.
