Yeah, i was talking more about generally not reporting stuff, bloke gets a smack and stuff like that. Not specifically this. I dont think the usual cowardice and apathy are justified here

Well if a community is not willing to report one of its own for murder, then what hope have the police got in breaking the climate of crime and fear if the perpetrators are still out there carrying on as before.

well i am guessing a lot of people don't see how getting themselves shot will help them help themselves, but i think they'd take kindly to a guy from london who works in advertising pointing out how stupid and wrong they are
