Question to all Wireless Communication Engineers: Multiuser Diversity
I have done a lot of research on Multi-user diversity as my final year project. The final requirement is to propose a model which is highly efficient while being typically efficient. However, if someone who has studied this would know, achieving both in tandem is impossible.
So I am required to quantify 'success' in terms of highly efficient as well as fair. I can describe the whole situation in words, but as its a rewquirement, I can't put my finger on what should be the 'values' if success. As in, what proportion of fairness and efficiency are best.
Anyways, this might be really confusing for someone who is not aware of developments in this field, but I really would like an intellectual discussion on this. So anyone working on this field, please help me out. I am more than happy to give more details!
Cheers.

Question to all Wireless Communication Engineers: Multiuser Diversity Post #2
I know absolutely nothing about the field but if you're studying at undergraduate level, someone somewhere will have done this before. Play each arguement off against each other there will either be a concenus or perhaps more excitingly for a dissertation a disagreement, pick your side and fight that corner.
