| She was probably thinking the same about you tbh. Call centre staff don't set the rules, they just have to follow them. </BLOCKQUOTE>
i shall be ringing sky tomorrow to complain about this farce and they can either reimburse my calls to them or I will cancel my, TV, broadband and home calls. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Sky will never be able to continue if you cancel, dont do it.
Seriously tho, it is a pain in the arse calling any call centre, but in all honesty the person on the other end cgaf if you cancel, or complain. If a company doesnt care about them, they aint gonna care about the company or the companies image. </BLOCKQUOTE>
do you know anything?? the minute you say the word cancel at sky they put you thru to the retention team who usually just start throwing special deals at you to keep you???
and as for 'the company doesnt care about them' are you for real, they are paid to do a job its in there contract, stop being such a woolly liberal, 'the company doesnt care about them' I have never heard such preposterous drivel

If you're out of contract, threatening to leave usually brings the best results, compensation wise

I have no reason to cancel (if that's aimed at me), I'd just like an explanation and a refund of what they took from me for it
