Is there such a thing as a speaker extension lead?
As the question says, my speakers are too far away from my computer. I've just been to Staples as it is local but they seem to have keyboard extension lead, mouse extension leads, monitor extension leads, etc etc, but not a speaker extension lead.
Will PC World have such a thing or do I need to rearrange everyting again?

Such a thing exists, but I doubt very much that PC World would have one. You want

PC world might, if not try Currys (superstore or digitel high street ones). If there is a Maplin near you they will definitley have them

i bought one of these on ebay a few months ago. much cheaper than buying from a high street store think.

Yeah just a bit, although there used to be a really good audio shop on the main high street near the gate end. (Near the Jag garage, but think it might have gone now)
