I have the dentist at 10am so I have been up since 5 Maybe I should knock back a bottle of whisky before I go.

setting off for work in a minute workign 8:15 - 5, althrough on a training course most of the day which is something different at least. 5-a-side after at 5:30 - 6:30 then home to do feck all

Am just putting some new music on my PSP before I leave for work. I didnt come from home monday and I didnt go in yesterday, so had a moment where I thought my clock hadnt gone back and I might have an extra hour in bed, but its apparantly changed itself
