i wish i needed alarm clocks, seems to wake up 7am on the dot every morning even weekends ffs |

up at 6am, set off for work 730am, work from 9 till 530, drive home for 630pm work till 1130pm
typical day to be honest.

I need exactly 5 to 10minutes to get ready, no matter how I try to fool my half-asleep self by changing the clocks and all I just have to stay in bed untill the very last minute when I have to get up!
Thats the down side of going to the gym straight after work tbh |

i find sometimes going to the gym after work means i struggle to get to sleep at night. Always wake up at 7am on the dot the next morning regardless of when i fall asleep though. Routines are fs.
