I swap randomly between fivelive, radio 1 and local station KMFM which is so bad I actually find it entertaining, especially the godforesaken rough couple who do the breakfast show.

I tend to listen to Radio 1 in the car (other stations in Surrey are pants, meaning I have to subject myself to Moyles and Mills when I drive in and out.)
At work, when I can grab a few minutes, I listen to XFM on my DAB radio, although it is nowhere near as good as it was a few months ago when Shaun Keavney and Richard Bacon did shows. Alex Zane is dire - I just listen for the music.
In my office I listen to Giles Peterson on demand from Radio 1 and 5 Live/Sports Extra.
At bedtime it is 5Live - Richard Bacon (whose show is a massive disappointment, tbh) and that other bloke after him. Obviously TMS is religious listening when it is on.

Radio 2 when I am off work.
from 7.30am - 2pm you get
Wogan, Bruce and Vine - great stuff.
In the early evening sometimes a bit of Evans and then coming back from the gym etc Classic FM is also good.
