Im going to eat something thats been out of date for 2 and half months
Its lamb chops with mint sauce. Found it at the back of the freezer. Best before date is 10th September. Going to put it in the oven for 1 and half hours. Is it ok to eat?

hmm stuff frozen you can use after its date and its 'best before' not 'use by' so maybe okay. However if you do die I hold no responsibility.

I drank out of date ribena once, i had broken ribs also at the time, was sick 46 times and in alot of pain
