a) Really don't see the problem here.
b) Don't see why you need to get OTFs approval for this.

Well a female in her late 20's approaching 30 will also be approaching her sexual peak, as will the male who's peak will be around th 19-21 range.

It may not be the best basis for a long term relationship but the sex is more than likely going to be super.
