BILL.MS.NET - I know someone here can help.!

Ok, i've read in the past on a few forums that X-Box live sometimes take money out of your account for no apparent reason, under the name of 'BILL.MS.NET'. Although it happened to me once (for a paltry $4.00) i didnt think anything of it, and assumed it was due to something i must have accidently purchased online. (Credits, or whatever).

Now, many months on, i've been charged 4 times in the month of October.

1 - £39.99 - My account renewal fee. Now, i didnt want to renew my live account, because my X-Box is at my brothers house until he gets his, and i never play it anymore (Long Live PS3), but i heard its in the TOS that unless you tell them you dont want to renew, they are allowed to debit you for a renewal. Fair enough, my mistake. But then...

2 - $8.48
3 - $8.49
4 - $5.15

that $21.12 that they have taken out of my account, for no good reason at all. Sure, its only £10 (the $ is over 2 to the £ now) .. but thats not the point. They are STEALING from my account, and for the life of me, i cant find out how to rectify this.

On many many many forums i've been reading, a lot of posts that disclose info to help me have been deleted. Now, i know this is the FM Forums, but i swear to god, this place is better than Google. Anything i need i come here for...

So please help!

from what i understood, yes. but recently reading a few fraud websites, it seems its actually credit card fraud (aka Identity Theft) and something that is out of Miscrosofts hands. OF course, this could just be a cover up. But it seems MILLIONS of people are having this problem for over a year, how can Micro$oft not release something about this in the press.??

Now i've paid £40 for a membership renewal, i dont wanna cancel it, because i will get my X-Box back in the coming weeks when my brother gets his, and wil play it, but im not happy about this theft.

If they take one more, yup, just one more payment unauthorized, ill cancel my bank account and open a new one, and purchase XBL in stores.

A lot of hassle, but im not gonna take this,!

I'm assuming they're using your card details so report it to your bank's fraud division. They should refund the money and you'll probably need a new card.
