Well - we've had the first lot of shitters letting off fireworks here all afternoon.
We've got three pet dogs - all of whom spend the month or so of this time of year cowering in a corner scared to death at the crap going off outside
Coupled with the death of a woman's pet dog as a result of a surprise fireworks display being "given" by that loathsome bint Heather Mills - I see on Sky News the following:

Dramatic pictures have been released of a thug in a Halloween mask setting off a large industrial-style firework in a small off-licence.
A baby narrowly escaped serious injury when the man let off the huge pyrotechnic, which contained 200 rockets.
CCTV stills show the man, dressed in a dark cloak and wearing a mask similar to the one featured in the Scream movies, hurling the firework into the shop in Bolton.
It explodes in a ball of flames and smoke, the smaller rockets shooting into the air and ricocheting off the grocery shelves.

The shopkeeper managed to kick the firework out into the shop porch.
But his 15-month-old son was taken to Royal Bolton Hospital as a precaution after vomiting due to smoke inhalation.
The firework is believed to have been a Fantasia 218 and police are keen to hear from any retailers who may have sold the brand to anyone.
Inspector Tony Kenyon, of Greater Manchester Police, said: "This was one of the worst incidents I have ever seen of someone abusing a lit firework and endangering lives.
"It could be described as an industrial-style firework with up to 200 repeat rounds so the risk of endangering life was very high."
The incident happened at the California Wines shop on Tonge Moor Road, Bolton, at 9.30pm on Monday.

there will never be a ban on sale to the public as I remember reading it was a £60m a year industry, as much as it might cause injuries and deaths - it's making a lot of money for the government and the people who sell/make them

A local pyrotechnic recently abandoned his attempt at furthering the existing world record "rocket launch" of 56,405 rockets with a launch of 110,000 rockets due to pollution issues.
