Fifa ideally want every stadium to be at least 40k. I think as we one of the bigger nations in football in terms of stadia etc i think this will be enforced. </BLOCKQUOTE>
What about European Championships?
I know we (Austria) only have one stadium which is over 40k (Ernst Happel Stadion in Vienna, 53K). The other three are around 30k. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Dont think its set in stone and smaller nations would get a bit of discrepancy(sp) but a country like England wont. Anyway the Europeans are run by UEFA not FIFA so there are probably different rules anyway
