Leicester chairman Milan Mandaric will make a shock move for Coventry's Iain Dowie as their new manager. (Various)

Sure

Aberdeen boss Jimmy Calderwood has killed off speculation linking him with the vacant Leicester job. (Daily Record)

And we won't get him :thdn: Sounded a good manager as well

Looks like we are going to have either Neil Warnock or Glenn Roedor in charge

Leicester chairman Milan Mandaric will approach Coventry in a bid to gain permission to talk to Iain Dowie about the vacant manager's role at the Walkers Stadium. (The Mirror)

Never going to happen, is it?

Can't see it happening but I'd like it to. As much he's managing the scum, he's proved there that he's a good manager because he's got them to the top of the table, as much as I hate seeing it.

Would love it now, for him to move to us

Still think we will end up with Gleen Roedor myself :thdn:

Coventry City have denied speculation linking Championship rivals Leicester with a move for manager Iain Dowie.

Leicester chairman Milan Mandaric sacked his last manager Martin Allen after just four league games in charge.

"Iain has a three-year contract and he is very committed to Coventry," acting chairman Geoffrey Robinson told the Coventry Telegraph.

"There is no question of us listening to an offer from anybody. We are very happy and we are sure he is."

He'll never leave. If he turned you down when he was a free agent he wont when he has a contract.

I'm not sure he was approached when he was a free agent, was he?

I mean, I know MM was interested in him, but I'm not 100% sure that he actually approached him with an offer.

No, I don't know either. I heard he spoke to him before Milan took over. Probably didn't when he was offically there, out of respect for Rob Kelly I guess.

Just take Roeder!
