i didn't basically say he was crap, I just asked what had he ever acheived? Even given the fact he was only asked to avoid relegation each season, thats all he has done, no more.

Not like Copell with Reading, O'neil with City, Allardyce (sp) with Bolton. Fulham have stood still. I'm not saying Coleman is crap, just that he is abit... meh... and I don't think he would take the club anywhere.

Yes but another example is Burley at Ipswich and Pardew at West Ham.
They're considered good managers but they couldn't keep their teams up second year; something Coleman did. And you can't argue the Fulham have one of the smallest stadiums and transfer budget. Altghough tbf he did turn Craven Cottege into some kind of fortress, something I would love to be seen done at the Walkers with the crap we've had to endure for the past couple of years.

I've decided that I would prefer Steve Clarke over him now. Can't go wrong with Jose's understudy really, and although he's inexperienced as a manager, Jose sings his praises and we all know how critical he is of people. Wouldn't mind Coleman still though. And I'm still against Wortho.
