Got it from Boots, £20. The upgrade version had one of them UV lights, but was 30 quid. Didn't think it was worth it.

An update. Have taken the gumshields out, cleaned all the crap off, and brished with the whiting toothpaste provided. They look very clean, and my mam says they look whiter.

I'm not convinced, btu i guess it'll look better in 14 days, when it's over.

super-white teeth would be nice for the novelty value but i think i will stay as i am out of british pride

i thought these homeuse whitening kits were deemed dangerous for the long term health of your teeth and gums? perhaps airwolf can enlighten us?

I'm pretty sure the prices they charge are hideous. Not having a dentist either doesn't help.

Good show. I was forced into it, after watching a particulary annoying episode of Next. All those American chumps had perfectly straight, white teeth, and i thought i'd buck the British trend.
