used to do 45 hours straight when we went on holiday to the caribbean, due to having to drive down to Gatwick for a flight at a ridiculous hour.

Normal Saturday (inc driving to wherever Rotherham were playing). Stay up all night Saturday night. Set off for Gatwick at 3:30am. Arrive 7am ish. Check in, take off at 10am. 8 hour flight (I can't sleep on planes) then evening meal and hit the bar at the resort. Bed about Midnight local time (5am Monday Morning Local Time)

When I went to / from India recently I did it, so yes it's easy enough.

On the way back, I was awake for 44 hours straight, from 8am Delhi time to 11:30pm UK time the following night (4.5 hours ahead, so 4am Delhi time 2 days later).

Managed that easy enough, though afterwards I slept for 12 hours straight.

30 hours?

p.o.p. I;d have you working for a few 72hr + shifts

During the Y2K issue, we worked 7am till 4am next day for 3 weeks solid , so thats 147 hour weeks which fitted in nicely with the snooker.

After day 4, your brain shuts down to single tasking and you really cant concentrate on anything other than whats in front of you.

During week 2 was the hallucinations and scary stuff. That wasn't good.

Funny enough after all that the recovery period after was just a few days of normal 8-10 hour sleeps.
