Don't eat excessive amounts. Eat chocolate and the like. Big meals make you tired, the quick release energy in sugary foods is what will keep you going.

Did at least 30 hours on my trip to Los Angeles what with travelling to Heathrow, waiting around, 11 hours on flight, waiting around, getting to hotel, unpacking...
Been on the go for well over 30 hours before I turned in for the night.

easy, last time i went to the states i was up for over 30 hours due to 20 odd hours on planes and in various airports. then went out drinking until 4am san fran time. **** knows how long i was awake.
the time before was the last time i went to new york. i had my first pint in manchester airport at 6am, and my last pint in some irish pub near grand central station at 4am local time without sleep. infact i think so long as you're going to america and drinking you should be fine :thup:
