quite easily done. 50 hours wouldn't be out of the question if you "had to"

I've done that before and over (not through choice). Wouldn't recommend driving a car, etc after so long without sleep. Reaction times can be significantly impaired.

It's easy. May need to consume a shitload of caffeine to make it though, depending on how tired your body actually is.
