meh. the guy was offering a rubbish service, they didn't want to pay him the full price because of it. Fair enough.

I don't see what everyone (bar Arjen and Mikey) are getting their knickers in a twist over. They were just laughing at the rubbish service they were getting. They could have done a lot worse. I'm sure he got his money in the end. The old guy was clearly unstable too.
