Part 2.
Relisted the phone and with 2 days to go, i've another user with zero rating, who just joined today, winning the bid atm.
Can i reject it? I've sent an email saying:
Dear tano-4rm-norfwest,
Do not bid on this item unless you: Live in th uk.
Had too many scammers sending false emails from paypal.

You can set your listing to not let users with feedback less than 5 to bid
you can cancel bids on your item
you can list it so only people with a linked paypal account can bid
learn to use Ebay
