Default Tech Help please
Got my new phone today (K850) and trying to install the software to connect the phone to my PC

Installed fine but when i try and load it i get an error message saying

Try this solution:

1. CLOSE ALL WINDOWS AND PROGRAMS!!!

2. Using windows explorer, find the "Mapi32.dll" file ubicated in Mapi folder, and rename it to "Mapi32.old".

3. Using windows explorer, find and run "Fixmapi.exe".

4. Reboot.
