What is it with this glut of rubbish music being foisted upon us at the moment.
Bands included in this pool are:

- The Hoosiers
- The Wombats
- The Plain White Ts (the The may not actually be there)

You can also put Scouting for Girls, Orson and anything that Virgin put on their play list because they're "new and edgy" in the same category.

I've had a few beers at lunch so am a bit punchy atm.

PS I'm off to see Carter tonight, now there's a proper band. :cool:

It is surprisingly tight around the waist.

There's a new band, young lads, forget their name. They're like Razorlight, The View and The Kooks all rolled into one. I think they've got all the bases covered to one huge annoying band.

I would find out what they're called but I don't want to depress myself.

I saw Carter back in Oct 93 at Middlesbrough Town Hall, and they were supported by The Sultans of Ping FC. Was a top gig. Scary thing is now that Jim Bob and Fruit Bat are now in their mid-late 40's. :o

Seems to be a lot of ***** around at the moment, which doesn't cut the mustard for me. :thdn:
