If in a PENALTY SHOOTOUT...

The striker hits the ball and the keeper touches it on to the post, it the rebounds off the post away from goal, hits the keeper on the back of the head and goes in... does it stand?

Or has the ball made two forward motions?

It should be disallowed i think.

I seem to remember a World Cup penalty shoot out from many years ago (maybe 1986?) where one hit the post and went in off the back (or head?) of the keeper that wasn't disallowed, that should have been.

So far as I understand, the goal stands. The goal ended the ball's single motion - that being the ball had not come to rest before crossing the line.
