Goal. The ball was in play until it crossed the line and went in.

It's one forward motion from the attacking player. If it had him them and gone it, that would have been disallowed.

If the ball was not going to go in the goal until it bounced back off the goalkeeper then it is definitely not ment to be counted as a goal in a penalty shoot out.

I have seen it happen before and the ref gave it although later the commentators and pundits in the studio clarified it shouldn't have been counted.

That's unless the rules have changed again recently.

It's not a goal, happened in 1982 i think it was an was wrongly allowed. Soon as the ball hits the post and starts coming back out its deeeeeed.
