No, but it will help keep half the lightweight tossers out of pubs and clubs, as long as doormen enforce, which is a huge plus.

| Of course it won't. There have been underage drinkers in this country since there has been an age limit on drinking.
However, it can go some way towards trying to limit the access that young people have to it.

| not that I agree with you, but with that method of thinking you could say that it'll just turn people from 21-24 into bigger lightweight drinkers.
